What does the lifetime warranty cover?

The Manhasset limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser and remains valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

It covers defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Where Manhasset determines that a product has a defect covered by the warranty, Manhasset may choose to repair or replace the defective product without charge to the original purchaser.

The lifetime warranty applies to qualifying Manhasset music stands purchased in 2012 or later.

Length of Manhasset product warranties

• Music stands purchased in 2012 or later: Lifetime of the original purchaser
• Music stands purchased before 2012: 10 years from the original purchase date
• Music stand carts: 10 years from the original purchase date
• Music accessories: 1 year from the original purchase date
• Rechargeable LED lamps: 1 year from the original purchase date

What is not covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused during shipping or damage resulting from neglect, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear or alterations that have not been expressly authorised by Manhasset.

Consumable components, including items such as bulbs and batteries, are also excluded. Manhasset does not guarantee an exact match of colour or texture and may make changes to its products without being required to apply those changes to products that have already been sold.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may therefore be required before a claim can be assessed.
