Manhasset Orchestral music stands

The Orchestral stand builds on the proven design of the Manhasset Symphony, adding an extra shelf beneath the main music desk. This provides a convenient place to keep pencils, reeds, rosin, valve oil, bows and other small essentials without taking up space on the main desk.

The Manhasset Orchestral music stand provides the standard playing height, while the Manhasset 50CA Concertino Orchestral stand offers a shorter alternative for seated musicians. For schools, orchestras and ensembles purchasing stands in quantity, the Manhasset Orchestral music stand - box of six provides a matching set.

Extra storage for musicians

The defining feature of the Orchestral range is the additional shelf built into the desk. It keeps smaller accessories within easy reach during rehearsals and performances, while leaving the main music desk clear for scores, folders and books.

The Orchestral range uses the same solid aluminium desk and heavy-gauge steel construction as the Symphony, providing the strength and stability expected from a professional concert music stand. The desk can support up to 4kg of music, with plenty of space for larger scores and music books.

Knob-free height adjustment

Like other Manhasset stands, the Orchestral range uses the famous Magic Finger Clutch for knob-free height adjustment. The desk can be raised or lowered simply by moving it into position, while the friction-tilt neck allows the angle to be adjusted quickly and securely.

Orchestral or Symphony?

The Orchestral and Manhasset Symphony stand share the same core construction, full-size desk and familiar Manhasset adjustment system. The main difference is the additional accessory shelf. Choose the Orchestral when keeping small essentials close at hand is useful, or the Symphony for the classic Manhasset concert stand design.
